Tower of Fantasy Adds Third Volt Weapon Pack

It has been five months since Nanyin first appeared in the PV, and now this charming yet dangerous villain has officially joined Tower of Fantasy. According to Crickex Sign Up sources, her debut marks a major milestone for Volt element players—Nanyin becomes the third Volt weapon after Lin and Fiona, which now makes it possible to build a full Volt-element team. Surprisingly, players can even earn Lin by completing the version event “Planet Pioneer,” and Fiona is also available through a rerun. This update is truly a delight for Volt enthusiasts.

As a Volt weapon, Nanyin introduces a very unique skill system. She requires no weapon support and doesn’t demand high-level operations, making it possible for even low-star or beginner Crickex Sign Up players to deal explosive damage. Her signature mechanic is the Resonance feature. Even if Nanyin is not deployed on the battlefield and is stored in your inventory, she can still link with another deployed weapon and increase that weapon’s damage by 4 percent. In other words, even if you prefer a different main weapon later, the resources you invested in Nanyin won’t go to waste. It’s safe to say she’s one of the most value-preserving weapons in the game.

In terms of skills, Nanyin can summon a field that deals high damage and inflicts a 3-second slow effect. While in the field, Nanyin enters a super armor state that lasts 60 seconds—the same as her skill cooldown—essentially allowing her to remain in a continuous super armor mode. She also has an advantage in combat: damage dealt within the field ignores enemy shields, which means no more struggling to break through defenses.

Her discharge skill creates a shadow clone on the battlefield, which can attack automatically or be manually controlled. Each time the clone uses a skill, it loses 25 percent of its health. However, the lower the clone’s health, the higher the damage it deals, creating a powerful risk-reward mechanic. As the saying goes, life is a constant escape—we can’t afford to stand still.

Nanyin’s combat method is simple: summon the clone, cast three skills, and then continuously perform basic attacks. That’s enough to deliver major damage. She also comes with a unique movement mechanic. Outside of combat, holding the basic attack button creates a Void Stream at your current location—a kind of personalized teleport portal. You can then teleport back to this point from anywhere on the mini-map, enabling quick and flashy movement across space. With such a powerful traversal skill, it’s no wonder the Jiuyu faction has trouble keeping up with her movements.

In terms of team compositions, Nanyin can be paired with Lin and Fiona to create a pure Volt lineup that’s also budget-friendly. Crickex Sign Up players have also confirmed that Nanyin can work with one Volt and one off-element weapon, or she can replace Fiona to build a new Volt-based team. Ultimately, it depends on your own style and available resources. Chasing perfection can sometimes become a roadblock. Nanyin is now officially available in Tower of Fantasy, and the new version also brings exciting rewards and gameplay updates.
